Returns
30 day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags and boxes.
To start a return, email support@candelacurations.com with your order number. We confirm within two working days and send you the return address. Online orders can also be brought back to our store at Bredestraat 9A, Maastricht.
Return shipping is at your expense; we recommend a tracked service. We refund your original standard delivery charge, and pay you back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the piece.
We do not offer exchanges. For another size or colour, return the piece for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or damaged
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email support@candelacurations.com with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. For breakage in transit, tell us within 48 hours so we can claim with the carrier.
We repair, replace or refund, and cover the shipping both ways. Your statutory right to goods that conform to the contract is unaffected.
Variations in glaze, colour and grain are inherent to handmade and natural materials — a mark of the maker’s hand, not a fault.
What we cannot accept
Earrings and other pierced jewellery, for reasons of hygiene, once the sealed packaging has been opened. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Everything else, sale and archive pieces included, is returnable under the terms above.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — no explanation needed. Candela extends this to 30 days.
To exercise this right, email support@candelacurations.com. Return the piece within 14 days of telling us and we refund the full purchase price including your original standard delivery cost. Return shipping costs remain yours.
