Candela ships within the European Union only. We do not ship beyond it — an order cannot be placed for delivery to an address outside the countries below.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Staying inside the EU means your parcel crosses no customs border: no import duties, no handling fees, nothing to settle on arrival. If you are outside the EU and have your eye on a piece, write to support@candelacurations.com — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Orders are packed and dispatched from Maastricht within 1–2 business days. Every parcel travels with track and trace; the link reaches you by email the moment it leaves us.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on where your order goes and on the size of parcel it needs — letterbox, medium or large.

Netherlands and Belgium — 1–2 business days. €3.25 to €6.95, free above €75.

Germany, France, Luxembourg and Austria — 2–3 business days. €5.50 to €10.95, free above €125.

Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland and Denmark — 3–5 business days. €6.95 to €13.95, free above €150.

Rest of the European Union — 4–7 business days. €8.95 to €17.95, free above €175.

Delivery times run from dispatch and are indications; around public holidays, allow longer.

All prices include Dutch VAT. Because we ship only within the European Union there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives — no import duties and no customs handling charges.
